Our System

We use industry standard equipment (built with redundancy in mind). In the 10+ years of doing this we have never needed to replace any failed component during a show. Our system can be broken into two if the need should arise for us to be in more than one location at the same time.

Behringer 9024 Multi Band Limiter - It normalizes everything so the sound level stays the same no matter what is played.

Amplification
QSC RMX1450 - We have 4 of these amplifiers which are capable of 1450 watts of power bridged at 4 ohms.  We use multiple amplifiers to spread the work load, so we do not over-load a single amplifier.

Speakers
Peavey SP2 - We have 8 of these speakers (Single 15" black widow woofer with dynamic horn).

Peavey SP218 -  Dual 18" Subwoofers.

Seismic Audio Stage Monitors - 1 pair of Single 10" Woofer with Dynamic Horn.

Audio Playback
We use laptops equipped with 200Gb external hard drives.  We have over 29,000+ songs on these drives. Using a digital format provides a skip free night and the sound quality is just as good as cd's!  We can find & play any song in our archive, in seconds. No more digging in boxes looking for a CD or searching a huge "playbook" for your song. Just ask us and we'll type it in the search.

Microphones
Shure U4S - Our wireless mic. Outstanding sound quality & range.

Shure SM58 - We have three of these.

Shure Beta 57A - We have two of these microphones. These microphones have a very tight pattern to help eliminate feedback.

Our Lights

We have replaced all of our lighting with the new standard, L.E.D. DMX lighting. We are very excited about these new lights, and we think you will be too! DMX allows us more control options and flexibility in creating different scenes on the dance floor. Below is our list of lights.

Chauvet Lighting Equipment

Obey 40 DMX Controller

This is our DMX lighting controller. It can control up to 12 DMX lights or up to 192 DMX channels.

Mayhem

The Mayhem produces crazy gobos that dance to the beat of the music.

D-Fi Plus Wireless DMX Transmitter/Receiver

These units take away the need for our lights to be “plugged in” to our control panel. Now we can place lights anywhere we need them without the need for extra wires that clutter up your venue and create tripping hazards for your guests.

American DJ Lighting Equipment

Punch LED PRO RGB

This provides a color wash on the dance floor. These can also be used as strobe lights.

Comscan

A scanner light that gets the crowd involved. These can not only hit the dance floor but also the audience.

Quad Phase

With over 160 beams of light, this fixture will fill the room and dazzle crowds.

Hyper Gem

Produces a large array of multi colored beams that cover the dance floor.

Galaxian 3D

This is a laser light that we project on the ceiling over the dance floor. It features red and green beams that rotate back and forth creating an amazing effect. This light has many functions available to awe the crowd. It’s a light you have to see to believe!
